Our EtherCAT laser control systems comprise two product series specifically engineered for high-speed, high-precision, multi-axis synchronized industrial laser processing applications. These systems feature simplified cabling and space-saving advantages through highly integrated multi-axis drives and unified motor designs, reducing overall wiring requirements by over 40% while significantly lowering installation and maintenance costs.The systems deliver ultra-high real-time performance with capability to acquire dual-drive motor encoder feedback in real-time (supporting up to 23-bit absolute encoders) and dynamically adjust torque distribution between dual axes. This ensures beam synchronization error remains below ±3μm even at maximum speeds of 120m/min, guaranteeing machining accuracy.Modular design supports various configurations including 4-in-1, 6-in-1 and multiple single-axis drive combinations. System expansion simply requires plug-and-play addition of slave stations, enabling flexible deployment and control cabinet space optimization.With robust anti-interference capabilities and enhanced diagnostic features, the systems support online tracking, alarm recording and fault analysis to substantially reduce commissioning and maintenance time. These solutions are widely applied in fabric/leather cutting, acrylic engraving, PCB marking, glass engraving/drilling, as well as efficient processing of film materials including protective films, adhesive films and marking films for mobile devices.
