Non metallic cutting control systems are mainly divided into the following categories, covering different laser types and functional characteristics:


1. Divided by laser type

CO ₂ laser control system

Core application: Designed specifically for CO ₂ lasers with a wavelength of 10.6 μ m, suitable for cutting non-metallic materials such as wood, plastic, fabric, acrylic, etc. Due to its high absorption rate in the infrared band and controllable heat affected zone.

Technical features: Supports high-power output (such as 3000W and above), equipped with automatic focusing and smoke exhaust system to ensure a clean processing environment.


UV laser control system

Core application: Used for brittle non-metallic materials such as ceramics, glass, and silicone, achieving cold processing through molecular bond breaking to avoid material thermal deformation or fragmentation.

Technical features: Supports ultra short pulses (nanoseconds to picoseconds), combined with high-precision visual positioning systems, to achieve micrometer level machining accuracy.


Hybrid laser control system

Functional compatibility: Some systems support the combination of CO ₂ and ultraviolet lasers to meet the needs of multi material composite processing (such as cutting wood and carving glass at the same time). 


2. Mainstream control system types

Specialized CO ₂ control system

Typical representative: PA8000 system (open CNC architecture), supporting high-power CO ₂ laser, with high-speed machining and closed-loop detection functions, suitable for industrial grade non-metallic cutting.

Functional modules: Integrated with automatic focusing, path optimization, smoke and dust treatment modules to improve the efficiency of complex pattern processing.


Multi functional carving and cutting system

Applicable scenarios: Compatible with CO ₂ and UV lasers, supporting integrated cutting and carving (such as bamboo and wood crafts, acrylic signs), and switching processing modes through software.
